Cassie Allen Cockroft (w∴m∴ 2002-2003)

Cassie Allen Cockroft was born on November 24, 1970 in Houston, Texas. He was educated in the public school system. He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1989. He continued his education at the University of Houston graduating in 1993 with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He has been an Engineer/Operator with the Houston Fire Department for over 12 years.

He is married to his beautiful wife of 10 years and has two sons.

As a young man, Cassie Cockroft was a member of the Order of DeMolay, having received the degrees in Reagan Chapter in 1989 under the expert guidance of Dad Aldis, and Dad Puckett.

Brother Cockroft received his degrees in Freemasonry from Reagan Lodge No. 1037 with the help of Brother Robbie Thurman. He was initiated as an Entered Apprentice Mason on January 14, 1992; passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on April 14,1992; and raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason on May 26th of the same year. In 1995, he affiliated as a dual member with Jacques DeMolay Lodge, and in the Masonic year of 2002-2003 served as its forty-second Worshipful Master.

Brother Cockroft is a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, having received his degrees from the Houston bodies in March 1994. He also served on the lighting committee during that time. He was invested with the rank and decoration of a Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in November 2005.
