Jesse Thomas Poulson was born on January 8, 1939 in Houston, Texas.

He is married.

Brother Poulson received the degrees in Freemasonry fromJacques DeMolay Lodge No. 1390. He was initiated as an Entered Apprentice Mason on August 7, 1973; passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on October 30, 1973; and raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason on December 11, 1973. He served as Worshipful Master of the Lodge during the 1977-1978 term.

Brother Poulson is a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, having received the degrees from the Houston bodies in September 1979.

Brother Poulson passed away on July 1, 2012 at the age of seventy-three. He was cremated. Masonic services were performed under the auspices of Jacques DeMolay Lodge No. 1390.
